We cannot accept returns of inserts that have been removed from their packaging. Our return policy is 30 days for all other products. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase for a refund of the merchandise value. Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a 3 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
There is sometimes some processing time before a refund is posted. If 3 business days have passed since the processing of your refund and you have not received it, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Final Sale Items
Unfortunately final sale items (items ending in .99) cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We can replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com
