It's easier than you think to get back to your regularly scheduled program of healthy eating after the holidays. Here's a thought - take your leftover roasted vegetables and create nutritious salad bowls.

If you're running low on leftover veggies, here's Tina's French Market Bag shopping list to make sure you have everything you need. And yes, all of these ingredients will fit in your market bag!

  • Seasonal root veggies - sweet potatoes, rutabagas and carrots
  • Staple veggies  - Brussel sprouts, cauliflower, and canned corn
  • Staple salad greens
  • Cheese!
  • Your favorite grain (Tina prefers quinoa, black rice, and the occasional pasta)
  • Canned beans
  • Nuts
  • Dried fruit
  • For dressing - extra virgin olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper
